Between the golfing and the vacationing, he doesn’t have time to write a new speech every year.

Apparently they used After Effects to recolor/texturize his necktie, and then hit, “replay”.
Same speech, different year.

This nicely explains why Obama never releases his college transcripts or grades or papers.
He probably never originated anything he discusses.
Same State of the Union Speech for the last 3 years.
Same phrases, same delivery. History will not treat him well.
Nothing New. No Change. No Hope. FAILURE!
