The RINOs fight on the Democrat’s turf because that’s where the RINOs live in the first place. In this campaign, of the remaining candidates, only Newt has shown the cajones to challenge the liberal establishment and turn the fight onto conservative turf.

"The people" know this instinctively when they see Romney ... and his actions/words bear it out. This is why they prefer Newt - he will debate the heart of the matter, gloves off.

I think that Romney is just too "Smarmy" to allow me to vote for him. He is way too confident. And to see him talk last evening, he's like someone who just realized he's a loser, and grasping at straws to overcome his defeats.

Newt can beat Smarmy Romney if he stays on message and swipes aside the personal attacks made on him.

The enemy is OBAMA and liberalism. Now is the time for the pendulum to swing in the other direction.
