I know how you feel. A couple years ago we moved to a more tornado-riddled area of IL and when we purchased the house I didn’t even think about that issue. I know, pretty dumb. Anyways, in these two years there have been so many siren warnings and one happened to get me out of bed and being alone in the house, with nowhere to go but the bathtub or closet and I was frantic.
Based on the weather pics should be fine. just a little longer and it'll be through that area,
Get under cover folks and stay folks& FRiends down south. This Yankee’s praying for you all.

I read this thread about 8 PM and put the radio on then
nothing mentioned for us yet
I think it will be in the Memphis area
300+ miles to our west
the other side of the state..
Whoo!
For those of you in its’ path,stay safe!
Holy crap! Hit the deck!
You poor thing...you really ARE like at the mercy of it all. It’s a sinking feeling. My house is all larger windows and many sets of french doors/transoms—upper and lower. And all rooms are exterior except for one...a small closet on the first floor...that’s only about three feet in from the exterior. Nowhere to run! I’ve thought that I’d just jump in there and put on layers of coats and hats and my ski mask and goggles and gloves...and burrow in all the crap on the floor. It won’t be a pretty thing. So now you know what to tell the rescuers what kind of creature to look for if they need to go through the rubble. LOL.
I think we’re on the edge of it tonight. We’re in Rocket City USA (Huntsville AL). It was really stormy yesterday a.m. about 5:30 . . . same stuff that was heading to SC. We were under a tornado watch then and didn’t know it. Sounded pretty rough out there. We need one of those improved weather radios that doesn’t sound for everything within 300 miles of here.
Multiple tornados being observed east and SE of Little Rock.
Looks like two tornadoes on the ground at least. One just south of Pine Bluff and the other just east of England.
I just heard that too, win. Bump.
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A
* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
NORTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS...
SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS...
WESTERN ARKANSAS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS...
* UNTIL 830 PM CST

I was just going by Radar were they confirmed?
Thanks
Sounds like it’s right along the river.
