Wow, Newt really got under her skin. The establishment must be getting desperate.

The “conservatives” need RINO’s and Obama to sell books...if someone is in office that may get the country back on track; sales and ratings will suffer...

I used to really like Ann

But something happened to her, like perhaps the Obama administration paid her off or something. She has been really weird lately

4. John K asked a legitimate question and he is a completely fair and honorable reporter.

I rest my case.

Ann Coulter and Karl Rove have picked the wrong horse.

She really jumped the shark when she got on the establishment candidate Romney’s bandwagon. I really used to like her, I enjoyed her ‘telling it like it is’ and getting in the liberal’s faces. Something that a lot of Republicans are afraid to do. But then she went all in for Romney. I have no idea why, but I suspect that she’s on the party’s payroll at this point.

Her book sales will drop precipitously.

I think we can officially say that she's gone over to the Dark Side. Thought you had more cojones than to do that Ann.

Her frequent hysterical outbursts are embarrassing to me as a conservative, doubly so in that we're both women since there's always that narrative that hysteria and women tend to go hand in hand.

She has fallen from grace with me over the past year or so, especially after she became so rabid about the Chris Christie thing. Her unwillingness to let that go told us everything we needed to know about the depths of her conservative convictions. While there's much to admire about Christie, he cannot be truthfully labeled a conservative.

If/when there's a video of today's tantrum, please ping me. Thanks!

I think I know what Ann's problem is -- she just turned the big 5-0 on Dec 9th.

And to put it delicately her hormones are now going BONKERS due to that 'M thing', which happens to women of that age group. So if Ann would just go see her Dr and get an Rx for 'her condition' she'd come back down to earth. Plus those irritating hot flashes would go away.

On the upside, in her 'condition' it's a good thing she isn't married. With the arsenal she has her hubby could be in for some big trouble for not putting the toilet seat down.

Coulter, Hume, Krauthammer, Rove et al, claim to be conservative yet they are nothing more than RINOS

I don't see anymore all the tons of airbrushed, "sexy" photos of Anorexic Annie that used to be mandatory on any Coulter thread.

Now there are none. I wonder why !

Think of all the expensive bandwith that's now being saved on FR.

Sorry, but I agree 100% with Ann. Newt’s record is not conservative. His “I am going to run a positive campaign” went south the minute he lost a primary. He has huge ethics issues, cheating issues, lying issues and the women of the USA will NEVER elect him. He is toxic.
So, nominate him and feel great about Obama term II.

Methinks its about time for the Palin family to take a trip to Walt Disneyworld.

I have been there twice and rented a beautiful vacation rental home for a whole month. The rates are cheaper than most motel rooms.

I can just imagine Sarah Palin at Epcot and the rest of the parks for at least a week.

Rove, Coulter, John Hinderaker, and others who have concluded that only Romney can garner the vaunted independents in the general election are wrong.

It is true that independents elected Obama. They voted for him for the shallowest of reasons-his race. Now they’ve been mugged by the reality of liberal policies’ failures. Independents are now in just as foul a mood as the rest of us.

People are angry and fearful, and this includes independents. For this reason, I believe Newt has a better chance to gain their favor than Romney, because Newt taps into that anger and fear. Newt won the FEMALE vote in SC, for crying out loud. Perhaps when women perceive that chaos is imminent, they go with the dude with the gun?

There’s an entirely new dynamic as relates to the independent vote now, as opposed to 2008. The media, having sold us this bill of goods, no longer have the ability to persuade. The 2010 elections, characterized by liberal media shilling for each and every Dem in local, state, and Congressional races, proved that the media have lost their ability to sway votes. This was the lesson of that election and it is what Coulter, Rove, et al, are missing. They ascribe too much power to the lib media.

Obama has taken liberalism from feel-good bumper-sticker slogans to actual practice, and it is failing miserably.

Independents are giving conservatism another look. Do they like what they see? I’m not sure it matters, they will go with their emotions, and that means they’ll vote for change. And that means Newt, not Romney, is better positioned to garner their vote.

Ann needs to stick with her Log Cabin friends. At one time she talked like a conservative. She used to be somebody; she cudda been a contender.
