I think Romney made a mistake defending Bain in that way - what I don’t like is Newt saying that Bain made too much. I could care less what Newt does in his personal life - as long as he isn’t running for president. I don’t know why it doesn’t count that I am for Santorum and every other conservative over Romney - I just think Newt has too much baggage and his actions in private and public do not match up with his rhetoric.

But WHY would Romney make this calculated decision to compare his vast gains of wealth to how BamBam took over the auto industry? Is he ashamed of his wealth accumulation??? Is this a preemptive strike against this administration of painting him as the 'evil' rich wall streeter... I mean really now 'bless' his heart Romney made gains, how many Americans in this destruction of our economy have lost everything.
I wish Newt has been more selective in his 'sins' because that adultery baggage has sure made the price of the gallon of gas go sky high, and my 401k become penitence.
