This is the party of Obama and Harkin. The end justifies the means.

Another tidbit that demonstrates that Obama and those who surround him are thugs and/or criminals.

2K bond and possible 2 years?!?
Identity theft ought to be as serious as murder, or at least manslaughter, in my book! Most have no idea what it takes to get your good name back, if at all, after being a victim of this crap.
Treat it the same as home invasion with the penalties to be exacted as would a well prepared victim. Bang!

I’ve always said that the Democrats will put Republicans in JAIL (or worse) if they could just figure out a way to do that. Most people on this site, and certainly most Republicans in leadership positions laugh it off.
...but they laugh it off at their own peril. Hopefully, at least this guy learns just who Democrats are and what they’ll do, whenever they can find a way to do it.

Unreal, but not unbelievable, considering who we’re dealing with here.

Hey, he was out of work. The Obama campaign people gave him a job. That helped lower the unemployment numbers. Now he is an out of work criminal. Yuck, yuck. One down, thousands more of Obama’s criminal employees to go. Including the biggest liar, fraud and criminal of all who is sitting in our White House.

Sounds like part of the George Soros “Secretary of State Project” which involved efforts to get “progressives” into Secretary of State jobs, especially in key battleground states. The idea is to have people in position to overlook voter fraud.
They are pulling out all the stops this year.

Why does the federal DC Congress sit on their hands in the House while this man uses the federal government to destroy and rape the states throught the evil obamantion administration.
It to time to level the charges in the DC Congress and impeach the bastard President and all his minions. And Congress must proceed with justified charges and proof, damn the torpedo's,full speed ahead.

Good catch. Now prosecute to the fullest extent!
This election season, stopping demonrat voter fraud will be like trying to stop illegal immigrants crossing the border: catch one, but miss catching 99.
Americans need to step up our game for both.

I agree plus I believe that the victim of the identity theft should be able to sue for reparation equal to three times the damages out of the Identity Thief. You could do it like it was under the RICO statutes.
Stealing Your Life, Your Good Name (Reputation), Your potential earnings potential, etc. Prison is too good for a thief like that. Make it a Capital Crime with the potential for life-ending consequences. Although our ‘Progressive Friends’ would never go along with that. Too many of the constituents would be effected.
