Was it one of our candidates?
If the nail gun fired when it touched his forehead, why is the head of the nail toward the back of his head? Nail guns shoot the nail point first. Or am I not reading the x-ray correctly?
He may have been looking the other way when it went off. I’m glad he is okay.
Numb Skull!
Must be a community organizer.
I don’t know of any brand or type of nail gun that will shoot without the trigger being depressed. Something’s not right here.
alcohol involved? hmmmm.
D'oh!
Actually, nail guns won’t fire with the trigger pressed.
But, if the trigger is pressed, and you push the guide against a surface, the it will.
Just pressing the trigger by itself won’t do it.
I’ve done roofing.. Just hold the trigger and start nailing as you go.
It’s designed that way so you can’t use it like a machine gun...
Safety thing..
The guy must have already had the trigger pressed and got distracted.
the it will = THEN it will.
This is not the first time this has happened. I think it is a product defect and the company ought to do some adjustments on the nail gun. The whole thing is too sick

You’re supposed to hit the nail on the head, not the other way ‘round.
I’m thinking sparky didn’t pay his gambling debt quick enough.
” why is the head of the nail toward the back of his head?” “Or am I not reading the x-ray correctly?”
You can’t tell from that one x-ray
I once shot a framing nail gun nail into my upper thigh. This was in about 1973 when I was working for a framing contractor. The nail guns back then would shoot upon pulling the trigger. I was lifting the nail gun by the air line with one hand, and dropped my other hand down to grab the gun, and accidentally hit the trigger. Fortunately, the gun was a foot or so from my leg, and the nail only went in an inch or two. I never felt a thing, but saw the nail there in my leg. Stupid that I was then as a 19 year old, I just reached down and pulled the nail out with a swift motion, again not feeling anything. Never got infected or anything. Just dumb luck, I guess.
That’s why you have to be a radiologist to read the X-rays. We cannot have people using common sense and saying the man was shot in the back of the head.
We had rest assured that it is a typical voter for the one.
This is not the first time this has happened. I swear I read a story some years ago who accidentally nailed his cap to his head and didn’t realize it until he tried to take it off.
