Rebellion is brewing!!
We should rebuild the grassroots conservative movement. From the Reagan Revolution of 1980 through the Contract with America in 1994, it was this movement from outside Washington that carried us to the first center-right majority governing coalition in more than 60 years. The problem has not been with conservatism or with our voters. The problem has been with Republican leaders who forgot who elected them and what values their supporters expected to see implemented in Washington.

Does anyone have ideas or plans for posting any articles or threads for "Walk For Life" and "Walk For Life - West Coast". Maybe one nationwide thread would be enough.
Yesturday, Friday, Walter B. Hoye II, with

Latest email blast (Full details and Map of NEW Route) - Walk is 1.8 miles ...This is a Walk for everyone... This year we start in the center of San Francisco in the Civic Center Plaza in front of San Francisco City Hall. Our message starts here! Well fill the plaza with old and young, strollers and wheelchairs and everybody in between. The Rally will start at 12:30 pm, but come earlier as the Info Faire will be open at 11:00 am. There are two playgrounds right on the plaza for the kids to enjoy.
We will walk down Market Street at 1:30 pm. We will fill the length and width of the street. It will be an amazing sight, and an even more important statement to San Francisco and to the West Coast!
There are no scheduled events after the Walk which will end at Justin Herman Plaza at the Embarcadero. The Walk from Civic Center Plaza to Justin Herman Plaza (end of Market Street) is 1.8 miles.
For those coming on out of town buses, please contact your bus captains for instructions. We are looking forward to having you join us!

I think the point was, ending abortion is going to require winning the hearts and minds of people that the pro-life activists regards as, and call by that name, filthy murderers.
This will require some development of doctrine.

You probably hear anti-lifers throw out this rhetorical question all the time: What are we supposed to do with all those new babies? I usually reply with, Its a complicated problem, but I know what the answer isnt: kill them in the womb. I hate that straw man argument.
Most abortions take place as a primary means of birth control. If abortion were not legal, most of those "unwanted" pregnancies would not happen in the first place.
