This is on a fast track to the Supreme Court. Churches aren’t going to roll over for this. At least real churches won’t.

Anyone who doesn’t like the medical plan offered by churches, can opt to work somewhere else.

End of story.

Churches should not be victim to the whims of a child like Obama.

The recent Hosanna-Tabor decision is a positive sign for religious freedom. This case may be narrower.

According to the article, "houses of worship and other religious nonprofits that primarily employ and serve people of the same faith will be exempt."

If that's the case, as long as a religious organization is allowed (by our all-caring, all-powerful nanny state) to primarily employ and serve only people of the same faith, it will be allowed to decide to not provide contraception (until the nanny state rules otherwise, of course).

The USSC will strike this. I have been impressed witbh them as of late. Now the Fedgov could just ignore the ruling.
