Adultery is a felony in at least one state, while we’re at it, by your standards we should begin stoning everyone who sleeps around too! Let’s really drive the point home!
WEll, no-—I am NOT a muslim. In fact, most people think the muslims don’t like homosexuality-—when sodomy is their main recreation along with boys. It is the women they despise (and sodomize as well).
Actually, I do think ANYONE sodomizing a child, should get the death penalty.
Adults engaging in the despicable acts should be considered shameful and evil—because it is. Quite disgusting and dysfunctional and disease-causing.
I would prosecute people who commit sodomy esp. in public, just like any indecent act. Government has the duty to promote Virtue in societies. Republics without Virtue can not stand (Cicero, Founding Fathers).
Stoning? No, but governments should NEVER give them SPECIAL RIGHTS. It is stupid and dysfunctional. It is unnatural-—no animals commit sodomy in nature and they NEVER sodomize their young.....such evil, demeaning acts.
I would not allow any propaganda spreading such evil practices either. It (the act of sodomy) would be considered obscene and evil and dysfunctional (which it is). It would be against the law to promote such dysfunction in schools and in the military (like it was for hundreds of years).
What about polygamy? Your state does nothing about that except turn a blind eye.
