Good evening, Luv...((HUGS))...are you safely in Piper’s house?
Good evening, Idaho...((HUGS))...glad Fredd loves the snow since he has a lot.
Bend your knees when you shovel.
Day one of a new crown. Had to go back in the afternoon, after all the fuzzies wore off, to bite the gooey stuff. In the morning the dentist said he didn’t like my bite with no feeling. I passed with flying colors in the afternoon. d:o)
Is it nice having running water again...she asks tongue-in-cheek?
Good evening, Proud Grandpa...((HUGS))...is Nate starting cereal and such yet?
BRRRRR!! The ONLY good thing is that the water is warmer than the outside air. BRRRR!!
Good evening, Seven...we’ve been below zero all day. Night on my side of town last night was close to -20, and they say maybe -25 tonight.
How is SoCal doing these days? No fires? No mud slides?
Thanks...I thought this morning went well. I didn’t feel anything. Now I have to wait 3 weeks and go back for the real crown.
Howdy, Kathy! (((hugs)))
I am indeed at Piper’s house. She was so glad to see her Grammie and is excited that I will be here for her birthday party. :)
I will get pictures later. I was a little tired from being in the car for most of the day to take any tonight. LOL!
Does boing by the water factor in?
My side of town could be -25 tonight. BRRR!!
More better you spend time with Piper. d:o)
5 years has gone by so fast!!
*sigh* I need sleep. LOL!
We had a nice visit...and she’s in bed now.
She typed a sentence all by herself to GodBlessUSA this afternoon.
5-year olds are much smarter than they used to be. I couldn’t
write my own name when I was 5, much less put together a sentence by sounding out the letters. :)
Warm sea and cold air will make things go boing.
Way to go, Piper!!
Good evening, Kathy - sorry I missed your birthday - hope it was a good one!
Good evening, HJ...no worries. Nice and quiet. My Dad is making me a key lime pie this weekend. He came in and said he had everything but a pie crust, cool whip, and Eagle Brand condensed milk. We had a good laugh. Friday is get his hearing aid fixed...it has been squealing for a couple weeks.
Hope all is well with you and yours.
It is and isn’t...we had two beginner skiers with us this week and both of them got hurt, as well as one of our veteran skiers...she’s been on skis since she was 12 years old.
The Flyboy busted his tailbone and his cousin tore her ACL. They both tried to do too much, too soon; and are paying for it now. Thing is, they both plan to go at it again next season, once their young bodies heal!
It took us almost 12 hours to get home today, but we made it without incident. Same for Nana’s sister from Texas; that means all 4 families made it home okay.
It snowed for 3 days up there, and we discovered that black cars and snow don’t mix. Thank goodness for the corner car-wash. Nana is such a car snob, she’s not real happy about all the muck we picked up!
Gotta call it a night, now. See you tomorrow!
Good night and rest well, HJ. Thank you for your service to our country and for helping honor our troops.
