Charleston, S.C. — Speaking at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference, Herman Cain just announced his presidential endorsement.

After saying that it would not please the media (but it would please the American people), Cain said he was not endorsing a candidate, but instead, would endorse “we the people.”

It’s like he’s still running a pizza chain, and he’s got to come up with the gimmick of the week to sell more pies to college students.

I know, right? LOL

I’ve heard Sean promo the Cain appearance two or three times on his radio show, so far today. But, Sean’s voice is loaded with disappointment when he announces it, so I’m sure he’s heard about this by now.

I actually think he should un-invite Cain, at least for now. There are plenty of people who actually have meaningful or important things to contribute at this time who would feel privileged to have face time on Hannity tonight. I bet Governor Palin would be happy to take the time again, especially after being on Hannity’s radio show again today defending Newt from the ex-wife attack.

“As for me, if Cain doesn’t gain traction as a write-in, I will be voting SANTORUM.

Santorum is light years better than Gingrich.”

Just say no more...

Stephen Colbert, Herman Cain set rally in South Carolina to build excitement for 'non-candidacies'

Herman Cain says, "Lighten up." Gotta love the pun.

“As for me, if Cain doesn’t gain traction as a write-in, I will be voting SANTORUM.”

Oh heck, just go all out and write in “We the People.”

Makes just as much sense.

Cain is so seriously unfit for public office and he just put a nail in it...

And after this pathetic announcement, I don’t think anyone WANTS his endorsement.

Cain would fit right in over at Time magazine when they do the “flunky of the Year” issue.

Yes I heard her on while I was running an errand to the bank. She didn’t back off for one second about saying she’d vote for him IF she lived in SC and said this would help Newt. I’ll have to ff’d on the DVR through the Herman segment on Sean tonight.

I can’t wait for the debate . . . should be interesting and I’m hoping for a home run or two from Newt!

Will you still be laughing if Obama is reelected? Your post is more than a disappointment, it’s despicable.

"Okay, I'm officially crazy for ever having supported Herman Cain."

So who are the easily fooled crazy people falling for now?

Meanwhile, all of his former supporters here will pretend they were always for Newt or some other “non-establishment” candidate. What a laugh.

Most of the current republican candidates seem similar to Obama. Americans (and the GOP) deserve what they get.

Santorum is light years better than Gingrich.

Really?

What did he accomplish...aside from maybe helping Specter long enough to get us backstabbed by the bastard?

Allow me to make a bold prediction - Cain will not gain traction. There! I said it!

Oh yeah, I did support him at one time.

Maybe a few seconds here and there on a few issues, but light years? Nah.

Delusional, but it must be a comfy fit.
