I wish he had gotten traction, but good decision. Any word on endorsements?
To: Hojczyk
Good news if true. I’d like to see Perry as Secretary of Defense in Newt’s administration.
To: Hojczyk
Praise God and thank you Governor. It’s only in the mid-single digits but every little bit helps.

Thank you, Vice-President Perry!
To: Hojczyk
I guess that means he won’t be in the debate tonight.

Reports are Perry will endorse Newt.
To: Hojczyk
F Chuck Todd on MSNBC is calling it chatter. Won’t make the call yet.

A good decision by Perry. I like him, and will support his future aspirations. This just is not the time.
Newt is the man for the task at hand. Let's get this done.

Fox is saying he will probably endorse Newt. I hope he gets a huge appointment if and when Newt wins.

God Bless Governor Perry! He is a good man and would have been an excellent President! I hope he endorses Newt!
To: Hojczyk
Great news. I attended a Rick Perry meet and greet when in Iowa for the holidays. He is a great man with great ideas, but just not polished yet. I think he would make a great vice president and in 8 years the polish should be there. It is the right decision.

They are discussing it on Fox news and think he will support Newt.

I've been one of the biggest backers of Perry on FR, and I agree with this decision. It was time, and he was correct to do it before Saturday.
Rick Perry is an honorable man, loves God, loves Texas, and loves his country. I'm proud that he's my governor.
