Perhaps so, but Palin can only ‘help’ Newt whereas she was the sole reason many of us voted for McCain.
Newt has/had many supporters (even less than enthusiastic ones like me) without her onboard. I chose to vote for him before SP offered her support. Now that she has, it only gets better for us all from here - conservatives and country alike.
