Jackie Gingrich Cushman and Kathy Gingrich Lubbers, the daughters of Republican 2012 presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, spoke at a barbeque in Bluffon, South Carolina. In their remarks they said their father's performance at the January 16, 2012, candidates debate reinvigorated his campaign.

Nice! The girls are good, down-home kind of speakers and have serious conservative principles. And they seem to like stepmother #2 (Calista) as well.
Kathy Gingrich Cushman said that her father was okay, having a good life, didn’t need to run, but he felt the country was at a crucial point and God wanted him to do this, even though it was going to be hell on his life and family.
The former SC Education Secretary introduced him and said he had three things: Vision, Solutions, and Courage. Excellent!!!

BTW, the AP updated the story: It now says that ABC will “likely” air the interview with Marianne Gingrich tomorrow, Thursday (same day as the CNN debate.)

I agree. This is only going to make Romney look like an idiot. Hauling out an ex-wife is sure not going to win him any points.
I realize there may be a handful of people who are voting for the wife, but they’re already committed to Santorum, and the rest of the voters really just want to vote for a presidential candidate who can nail Barry to the wall.
