I checked the total number of WI voters in the 2008 election. 2,997,086. So, if we want to condense it down to people who actually vote...it would be 30% signed the recall petition. LOL. Right.
My sister lives in WI. She says she doesn’t know anyone who signed the recall petition. And she works in a huge insurance company office in Madison.
