When you have thousands of rocks thrown at you on a constant basis you are bound to get missed once in a while.
Tyrants NEVER give up, that's why they should all be hung.
Lets stick with voting them out of office. I would not trust anyone with the power to "hang" others based on their own determination of Tyranny. What kind of person would end up craving such a job...other than a bigger tyrant.
