West is one person trying to turn the tide. He needs help and we can join the effort with a even a modest contribution.

I doubt that will happen quickly, given the entrenched support for this sacred cow, and West certainly won't be able to yield much influence single-handedly. I think that's why it's so important to support this lady, and others like her. As their ranks grow, they might be able to reconfigure its form, and refocus its vision.

Frankly, I don't think ethnic or racial caucuses should exist in today's world, but it's not realistic to expect their disappearance anytime soon.
