Here’s why I think Mia will do very well. FIrst off, she’s a Mormon, she’s black and she’s female, and she’s a staunch conservative. I think the state will vote for her to make a statement against certain perceptions out there. There are bigger national implications than just a House seat in Utah.
IOW, the "bottom line" reason Mormons do things today is simple PR.
