Bleh. You are constantly running down Santorum on every thread you can find. Why doesn’t Newt back down? He has been bested in every contest so far by Santorum.

If Santorum beats Newt again in SC, are you going to call for your man to step away from the fight and suspend his campaign?

If Romney wins SC by a large margin, every candidate except maybe Ron Paul will be suspending their campaign.

Newt won’t back down because SC is a two-man race.

If Santorum beats Newt in SC? He won’t. As far as asking someone else to step away from their campaign after SC, it’s a moot point. It’s like calling a different play in the huddle after the other team has just scored the game-winning TD with no time left on the clock. What’s the point of the huddle? The game is over if Romney wins SC, completely over.

If Romney wins SC, I’m all-in for a Third Party candidate. We’ll need to get a head start in order to be organized enough to have an impact in November.
