Rick will hang in there until Mitt has it locked up. Rick ties up the evangelical-fundamentalist vote that doesn’t like Mitt because he’s a Mormon and prevents it from joining forces with a conservative candidate to beat Romney.

And yet, Santorum is out there attacking Romney. That doesn't sound like stalking horse behavior to me.

I’m a Newt supporter and am doing my best in Fl to organize and campaign for him. However, I would support Santorum if he was the nominee. Unfortunately, my family and all of their friends who live in western PA can’t stand Rick to the point of feeling betrayed. In this, I just don’t see and hear the support for Rick on the ground.

Flew to Alaska to twist the local pro-life organization in 2004 so they wouldn’t endorse a Pro-Life Republican over Pro-Abortion Lisa Murkowski in a GOP Senate primary.

In the 2010 race for US Senate when Murkowski won as a write-in, Santorum said it was OK that the Pro-Abortion candidate won, because “she would vote with the Republicans.
