Something smells fishy here, apart from the obvious OWS scam: the guy bought his house for $424K, it’s now worth $150K, and he still doesn’t want to walk away from it? It doesn’t seem like he’ll be recovering its worth for decades... He’d be much better off trying to buy another house for $150K.

Crazy as it may seem. Just maybe he isn’t interested in the worth of a house but is interested in it as a home.

Google map the address and street view it. He should walk away and look on this as a blessing from God to escape that cr*%hole. Row houses with the entire front porch and entryway barred in is NO way to live.
