Ive been on pain pills and they can make you a little sleepy. Still I was conherent. Maybe he was on horse tranqilizer stength? In which case he should have taken a half dose while debating?
Anyhow, Santorum is offering one thing SoCons really , beside religous conviction ,and that is family values.
