Palestinian officials say that at least one person was killed in an explosion that hit a Rafah home of a senior terrorist, Popular Resistance Committees Secretary-General Zuheir Qeisi. At least six other Palestinians were wounded....

If he is then I was mistaken in my thought that he was the victim of the bomb. I apologize for that. I wasn’t trying to convey something that wasn’t true, just teeing up off the idea this was a bomb build that went wrong.

This from the A7 update: The terrorist group added that the explosion had been caused by a “malfunction” — sometimes also referred to as a “work accident,” a mishap that occurs when a bomb-maker mishandles the explosives he is preparing. I haven't read about a work accident in a while.
