The unclaimed money at an airport belongs to the owners of the airport.
The TSA is a paid guest to improve safety to all who own or use the airport.
All other possessions gathered by the TSA should be turned over within 24 hours to the owners of the Airport.
Unclaimed money should be turned over after each shift to provide maximum “Transparency” on the part of our dedicated TSA employees.
