Apples and oranges...anything a Marine does is justified. Sometimes Marines, like all people, make mistakes and that is human but a Marine who remembers his training will not do that.....ergo a Marine in his Marine mind-set will never do anything unjustified. Bless them all!
Well, it’ll be Marines bringing charges against these Marines, it looks like. So... ? :^) You just have your opinion then. It’ll be handled by the military, and they won’t be checking with you.
