John Bolton announced a few minutes ago that he has endorsed Mitt Romney in the 2012 election campaign. He believes Romney is the strongest conservative, who is electable. Bolton has informed himself of romney's writings and beliefs, and considers him the best conservative in the race. Greta's show repeats on Fox a 1 a.m.

I just saw it on Greta’s show. It ruined my dinner. Very disappointing.
He endorsed McCain in ‘08, so this shouldn’t surprise anybody.
But Newt’s on Greta also tonight so what’s going on??? Surely Newt wasn’t kept in the dark or did Romney “pay Bolton to Play” on his team....something isn’t copacabana here.
If it were not so serious I would compare it to a soap opera. I guess today you would call it another realilty show.

As I predicted on a prior thread, the Conservative heavyweights are going to start coming out for Willard.....Sarah Palin, Rush and Levin will be next. You just watch.
Pundits will inevitably back the perceived winner to protect their credibility. I don’t know that Bolton has any truck with Romney ideologically.
The whole selection process is BS. This stinks.
In reality we should be months away from picking a candidate.
How it is that a couple of ratty ass little states and few professional hacks can pick the candidate is absurd! It is bad enough that the media spews their garbage but they pale compared to the machinations of the Republcan muckety mucks who in my opinion don’t give a damn about the destruction of this country.
To hell with Bolton. He’s an establishment politician who’s playing the odds. He came out in support of Romney because like everyone else he’s been brainwashed into believing Romney will get the nomination. And he wants to be Secretary of State or some other high ranking cabinet position. This is a low blow to Newt Gingrich, who came out a few weeks ago and said he would ask Bolton to be his Secretary of State if he became president. It would be poetic justice if Newt pulls this off and gets the GOP nomination. He could then tell Capt Kangaroo Bolton to stick it in his ass.
Well, we’ve only really known him for his solid foreign policy stances. In other arenas, he might be for big-government and big-spending, not giving one whit about the deficit. Similarly, he could be a big gay-marriage supporter and an all-out lefty libertine on social issues.
That’s why I never jumped on the idea of him as a candidate whenever the notion circulated around. At least, until I knew about whether his supposed ‘conservatism’ indeed spread to other issues. Which I now find highly doubtful, if he’s supporting Romney.
Getting on the gravy train early enough to land himself a position, he is.
Too bad Willard won’t be able to close the deal.
Means nothing. All it shows is that Mitt is desperate behind the scenes. The slimy, vile Mitt is working everyone he can in order to build the perception that he is unstoppable. He wants to fool ignorant voters and have them vote for the "winning horse."
The one person than can truly sidetrack Mitt is Sarah. If she comes out against Mitt with both barrels, she may cause a dust up that makes people think twice. Second, she may throw Mitt off his game and have he or his team make a serious tactical mistake.
