Title for the new book: “Abuse of Pasta” hehe.
Thanks.
Infidels!
...and proud of it!
Everyday Savage found one way or another to quote the "victim's" comment about size. So I figured that's the real fascination with the movie.
I have to admit I saw a John Holmes film one time. With a weapon like that he had no choice for work but pornstar!
The caller was from Lexington. Lexington, Kentucky was very popular with entertainers I recall from the '40 and '50s. They flocked there. There's a federal hospital for the treatment of addicts there.
Well now Savage is doing a George Noory act. :) I'm telling ya, Savage could take 80 percent of C2C listeners if he'd do a late show.
“Infidels!”
YUP!
C2C listeners?

Scurrying off now..(covering head)....
It gets a lot of ridicule -- often deserved.
Savage's "conscious streaming" would serve him well in that paranormal market -- and his PhD and masters would make it a cinch dealing with real science other than the paranormal -- AND Savage does not blame the Bush family for all the ills in the world since the beginning of time like Noory and guests do.
Savage would be Number One in that time slot.
...Lived in Lexington, KY for three years, Savage wasn’t on local back then 06-09.
...Added heathens to keywords too. Maybe pagans again?
Sure, why not!
Savage once mocked Art Bell while playing sci-fi music, called himself Mike Bell broadcasting from the desert.
I could not read or write until I found an unopened bottle of Hadacol that my grandad gave me when I was ten. I found it about 15 years ago and after that one bottle I scored above average on the GRE -- it's still ain't one of them collage things and I am still a (happy) nobody but . . . .
...Done deal. HAAAAAAA, I’m thinkin of more!
I am a virtuous pagan (Dante)
Re: Savage and the movie Wonderland ...All his talk about it got me curious ...So I checked out some reviews on IMB ...and what did I discover ? That Savage , speaking as if he was his own rundown , quoted this person’s review almost verbatim , self-deleting at will .If you don’t believe me , listen to a podcast of today’s show , about 30+ minutes into it .
” One of the most disturbing and tragic periods in American history began. The members of the Summer of Love culture, at the end of the seventies and onset of the 80’s, were eventually too old for love beads and all night parties and evolved back into mainstream life, whatever that meant. For those who could not out grow their youthful and sometimes irrational exuberance, their’s was the culture of Wonderland. A love for drugs and a sense of entitlement coupled with a distaste for authority, values and “the establishment”.
The sixties were a time of revolution and violent change that tore the American “house” apart. Once the battles were over, we all had to deal with the aftermath of the carnage. The characters in the Wonderland house are icons of the misfits of the Seventies; part biker, part hippie, part crook, all outcast. No ideology to express, just a sense of dissatisfaction with everything and allegiance to nothing. Ron, Billy and David fancy themselves as some sort of Robin Hoods with dope. They talk of love and behave violently; they take from the rich and sell to the misbegotten; they steal from everyone.”
