An infant’s cries rang through the Occupy DC encampment in McPherson Square Wednesday morning, and when a group went to investigate they found only a baby girl alone in a tent, wearing a onesie and mittens…
D.C. Fire/EMS workers checked on the girl around 10:30 a.m. She was fine, according to Sgt. David Schlosser, a U.S. Park Police spokesman, and is now with the District’s child protective services department.
About 30 minutes later, Schlosser said, a man returned to the encampment and identified himself as the baby’s father. Police arrested the man, charging him with attempted second-degree cruelty to children.
“Mid 40s, rainy, onesie, alone,” Schlosser said, describing the circumstances that led police to arrest the man.
The story concludes with the requisite claim from campers that they didn’t know this guy and he wasn’t really one of them. These occupiers never do anything wrong, but it’s amazing how troubled outsiders just keeps finding them.
What’s all the fuss about? Human beings are only things, animals or machines. Just ask the occupiers. Just ask their alleged ‘teachers’ and ‘philosophers’.
Nope! I’ve been there and talked to them recently. Had a couple of good conversations and saw some shouting psychos.
When someone does something anti-social, criminal or just plain nutz it’s always some wandering homeless, druggie, psycho; never one of “them.”
Among other things, they’ve got their PR/media committee of cutsey-poo spokespukes, ready to hop before the cameras and explain it all away whenever anything bad happens.
Using their numbers there is a 99 out of 100 chance he’s one of them.
Thus.. they are full of poo.
He had a tent there yes he was one of you.
That about describes most OWS types.
For better or worse, have the OWS types accomplished anything useful?
IMHO, no.
Why not celebrate? We found one of the few Occupiers who didn’t kill his baby in the womb. That’s a miracle of love by liberal standards (even with the shocking neglect).
the local TV guy on Fox, total poofer and occupy supporter, reported on this and you would have though that the baby left herself or was left there by Tea Partiers to discredit the “movement”. The guy sounds like a leaky tire.
It is amazing how these OWS pukes have free reign in Dem cities to just occupy 24/7 to their heart’s content, laws, ordinances and other’s rights be damned.
Sunday night at midnight, at Zuccotti Park in NYC, the owners removed the barricades, and the place was immediately occupied by about 500 OWS types.
Now, how did 500 people know the barricades were going to be removed at midnight and just show up at midnight to occupy?
This is all co-ordinated and these pukes are paid. Normal working people have responsibilities and families that prevent them from doing these things.
But, according to Pelosi and her ilk, this is all “spontaneous”.
