Well, what about live dogs voting? Our Emma, is eligible when converting dog years to human, (=to 35 in human terms) and has given birth to more offspring than even Octomom. She should be eligible to vote!
As to the dead? The folks were flustered when I went to vote in the first election after my father passed Mar 1994. He died in Dec 1992. The pollworkers weren't interested and told me to call the county...
