The Obama administration has extended temporary protected status to El Salvadoran nationals through late 2013, shielding them from deportation and forcible return to their home country.
The Department of Homeland Security cites ongoing disruptions from a series of earthquakes in 2001, concluding that "El Salvador remains unable, temporarily, to handle adequately the return of its nationals."
The Obama administration's deportation policies have come under scrutiny, just as the president has geared up for his reelection campaign. Despite his support for comprehensive immigration reform and a path to citizenship, deportations have soared to new highs under the Obama administration and the president's approval ratings among Latino voters have flatlined.

El Salvador- isn’t that where MS-13 is headquartered?
And why would the President be concerned about votes if he’s deporting ILLEGAL aliens? lolol
Where are these Salvadorians living in California the earth quake capital of the USA?
Ridiculous
Obama can declare amnesty with no push-back from Congress. This is only January. He is letting illegals in to vote, and at the same time clamping down on citizens through DHS,TSA, NDAA for the sake of security. Where are the Republican, or even Democrats that care about US
The list, Ping

Yep. And everyone of them is a potential Obama voter.
The two parties care only about power, and “winning”.
The guys who set up the USA tried to prevent a system where political parties run things for exactly that reason. This is why in the unamended constitution, who gets the most electoral votes is president, and the runner up gets VP. A deliberate attempt to keep parties out of things. This also means that it’s the runner-up who decides ties in the senate.
Originally, the House and Senate seating was by state, but pretty early on that changed to the two-party system of seating and voting.
So if the parties decide that they can’t “win” if they speak out and stop things like this, they will allow illegals to vote and probably worse things as well.
Our job has been to provide taxes and votes, but once we get to a point where greater than 50% of “likely voters” are totally dependent on one party, they won’t even need our vote.
