How do you get a liberal talk radio host to do your bidding?

Easy. Just threaten his future invitations to White House events if you are a Democrat president. Such was apparently the case with Tavis Smiley of the Smiley & West radio show which he co-hosts with Cornell West. According to Politico, Smiley was recently ousted as the speaker of the upcoming Martin Luther King luncheon.

Tavis Smiley, the PBS talk show host who has criticized President Barack Obama for not doing enough for the African-American community, says he was ousted as the speaker at a Martin Luther King luncheon because he was trying to hold the president accountable.

I am really hoping that Tavis Smiley can give us an explanation for the deletion of Belafonte's criticism of Obama on the satellite re-feed. This I gotta hear.

I love how Belafonte just prattles on about things Obama could or should have done, when anyone who doesn’t have their head shoved up their rear knew from the start that Obama was a weakstick.

Quite simple. It’s the power of the Afro Marxist collective. It’s a culture that denigrates individual achievement and self worth, and extols the virtues of communism. They’ve been spoon fed that stuff since grade school, majored in it while in college, and they earned their daily bread from government grants for community organizing. They are handsomely paid by media outlets to talk about it. Go along to get along. Raise your head up, and it’s “wack-a-mole”time. Criticism of the Central Committee will not be tolerated. Resistance is futile.

The Harry Belafonte censorship story has now gone VIRAL with a Drudge Report headline. It looks like Tavis Smiley will be forced to give an explanation for why the criticism of Obama was deleted in the satellite broadcast re-feed. And while Tavis gives us his excuse, I sure hopes he displays some appreciation for the Calypso song you composed just for him.

Well, PJ, you have it all over Facebook as well. Pastor, you’ll become an overnight hit. I think PJ’s also looking into Kindle music publishing. You may want to look into having your choir record this to mp3. It could become a big hit.
