LANDSLIDE: Limbaugh Predicts 2012 Election

Rush Limbaugh predicts 2012 outcome Radio host says pollsters wrong about presidential race

By Joe Kovacs

PALM BEACH, Fla. – While polls across America show Barack Obama in a tight race for president with potential Republican nominees, top-rated radio host Rush Limbaugh doesn’t think the outcome of the race will even be close.

“If the election were today, it would be a landslide loss,” Limbaugh said this afternoon. “Let me define landslide: five to seven points. It’d be big. It would be huge.”

“Make no mistake about it,” he continued. “Of this I am as confident as anything. I know it’s not reflected anywhere else in the media and it’s not reflected too many other places in conservative media. But I’m telling you, he’s toast. Just as Jimmy Carter was toast, and nobody knew it until election night [in 1980].

Limbaugh cited Gallup polling about Obama’s personal approval ratings among voters, and he says the forecast is not bright for the president.

so that barry can “suspend” the election.

That tired old canard has been said of almost every president since and including Abraham Lincoln, probably before him too. Most recently said of Bush.

EXACTLY! A true Republican/conservative/libertarian would never damage someone's property!

1.) Most Democrats/liberals/Communists know this.

2.) Most Republican/conservative/libertarians know this, too.

I would never put a political sticker on my car! (I've joked with my wife, who works for the state, about putting a sticker on her car -- she says they'd slash her tires! Her office is in the same building as a state police investigative unit, and she still thinks they'd slash her tires!)

I’ve been around long enough to remember the backwards clinton watches Rush used to push and how Clinton was for sure going to be a one term president.

That's not how I remember it. Rush used to say with candor that Bill Clinton might just get reelected. And with the Murrah building bombing Clinton parlayed this into a 2nd term victory.

Not that we made Clinton's reelection bid difficult in any way. Remember our candidate Bob Dole? Neither do I....

So what is the code? What does it mean? Beyond, maybe they are embarrassed to mention Obama’s name? Obama won’t be the candidate?

How about Rick Santorum? He has not changed a thing he has said. He is conservative as they come. He will do it for me. His values are like Reagan’s. No abortion, No gay marriage, etc. He will get my vote if he is still around when we vote in Pennsylvania.

Boy are you thin skinned. "Looks like the media got you", that is a big insult to you?? enough to respond twice. LOL

I should keep these posts so that when Rush is right and Bozo goes the way of Jimma Carter, I can come back and insult you again. I find no fault in what you say BUT you may be forgetting there are 350 million people out here and a (silent) majority of them are right of center. Bozo's numbers are down from last election with blacks, Hispanics, the young, the old and moderates. that is not good news for the regime. No one saw Carters defeat until election night, then it was a landslide.

I had almost forgotten Bob "ED" Dole. To quote the late Joseph Sobran:

"If God had intended us to vote, He would have given us candidates."

Rush, watchya gonna do if Romney becomes the Nominee and he gets bashed 24/7 on Free Republic for months on end?

Someone needs to advise Limbaugh that the most active Conservative website bans Romney and Paul supporters.

The same website that outed Dan Rather's lies on behalf of Bush in real time. Both Zero and Romney will get no support on freerepublic.com no matter who the nominee is. They will continue to be exposed for their liberalism.

Would love for Newt to mention how Romney fails to have any traction on freerepublic.com and that Newt would love to do a live question and answer session on Free Republic.

Is Limbaugh really that out of touch with the Tea Party and Conservatives? He will learn fast that if Romney becomes the nominee, Conservatives will write in a vote for President and vote in Conservatives to take on Zero.

Romney will NEVER Win.

Go NEWT !!!

A landslide victory and then what? Just exactly will happen? More of the same old sh$t?

Does taking back our government end with installing yet one more big government elitist?

I think Rush is right and I think we win with any of the candidates except Ron Paul.

Ron Paul is just Obama II. There is no difference betwwen the two anti-Americans.

Absolutely, Obama loses in an honest election - but does anybody really think they are not already cooking the economic numbers to show them going up? If it gets close to election & their fake numbers aren’t fooling enough people - I’ve thought for some time that there will be an “event” that will change all the parameters.

I don’t put anything past these people, they’ve worked for a long time to bring this to fruition.

Forgive me, but there is.

Ron Paul and Barak Obama are both anti-American wimps internationally -- completely irresponsible in matters of national security.

However, domestically, Ron Paul is a Titan compared to the incompetent radical socialist, Obama. Which one is most likely to chop $1 trillion from spending and revive the economy?
