I would like to remind everybody here that “In all cases where a STATE is a Party to the Action, the SUPREME COURT SHALL have ORIGINAL Jurisdiction” The Tenth Circuit, nor ANY OTHER INFERIOR COURT has ANY JURISDICTION WHATSOEVER over ANY STATE, and until these wussy Governors start Asserting this as the CONSTITUTION states plainly and clearly, this crap will continue. When a STATE refuse to bow to an Inferior Court as defined in the US Constitution, then and only then will we be back on track to restoring Liberty and Freedom to All.
