Sure hope it doesn't stay this way. :-(

It’s close to what I hope, and that is Romney winning by less than 10%. If so, that would be the second race where he failed to live up to expectations.
To: Maceman
Only 20 percent of NH is conservative; sounds about right, Pat Buchanan got, I beleive, 26 percent in 1996. I would expect Perry to finish last.

(I'll still vote for the Right Rick --Santorum-- if he is on the April 3 ballot.)
To: Maceman
In a weird way, I’m rooting for Paul or Huntsman...just so Romney doesn’t win big.

Reverse Santorum and Perry’s..and it looks correct up in LIBERAL Hampshire.
Btw, just out:
2012 Republican Presidential Nomination Reuters/Ipsos
Romney 30, GINGRICH 20, Santorum 13, Ron Paul 16, Spoiler Perry 7, Hunts 3

Perry had his run, I think he should leave now and help the conservative movement.

I would prefer Huntsman to Romney. If Huntsman were to win, Romney would be done. Then Newt would probably win SC and Florida.
To: CainConservative
Looks like nice polling results. Hope the real vote pans out that way.
BTW, the results posted so far consist of only 19 votes cast. So, nothing to read into too deeply IMO.

Oh, Jeez.
Romney has 7 votes and Paul 5. These are hardly "election results".
To: Maceman

Precincts are already reporting while polls are open? Doesn’t that seem a bit unusual?

Exactly...this is NOT 1% of the vote...these are probably the combined vote totals from Dixville Notch and Hart’s Location from very early this morning...

Precincts are already reporting while polls are open? Sounds like it's the now-closed precincts from early AM.

these are probably the combined vote totals from Dixville Notch and Harts Location from very early this morning... Ah, that's right... they have some tradition of early reporting.

Let’s hope Huntsman does well tonight and stays in to be to Willard what Perry is to Newt. A spoiler.
Also just in:
General Election: Romney vs. Obama Reuters/Ipsos
Obama 48, Romney 43 Obama +5

I hope Paul wins it, and I’m not for Paul.
I read on the internet they are actually getting significant numbers of people writing in “obama” in NH.
To: Retired Greyhound
It would be ironic if Huntsman, of all people, broke out of the pack and won.

Huntsman is really coming on. I hope he passes Paul and takes second with like 25% and Willard gets 30% or less. I hope Paul falls off the face of the earth, cause it looks like Newt and Santorum might tie for fourth in the low teens.
