Well, we're getting some rain here in Comanche, OK. I did hear a clap of thunder but other than that some much needed rain.
Today is Patch Tuesday. Awaiting the Windows updates.

Morning Beachie!!
We lived on Whidbey Island, the south end; NAS Whidbey is on the north end.
We used to take a 15 minute ferry ride to get to work on the mainland, it was fun and I had a chance to read the newspaper; but the commute got old and I eventually opened my own electrical contracting business there, where we lived until moving to Oregon 15 years ago.
Dry and still warmish here, no complaints from me.
Stay warm and we'll see ya soon!

We had a little snow yesterday, not predicted by our crackerjack weatherpeople, but it was too warm to stick.
How are you doing this morning?

Good morning, Pro ((HUGS))
Thanks for sharing your history with Whidbey Island.
I took the ferry years ago when I visited that area for work. I enjoyed it.
Why did you move to Oregon from Washington?
You should have seen the snow yesterday. I thought it was freaky since the temps were in the mid-30s, not below freezing. On the way home it reduced visibility a bit. Good thing the ground was still warm - snow didn’t last long.
Hope your Tuesday is toasty and see ya on the rebound!

Hi Kathy! *hugs* I am taking a semester off from school to earn some money. I am taking one of the rapid tax classes offered by Liberty Tax right now (just got back) so I can perhaps get in at one of their offices as a tax preparer and get some experience and some money to pay off loans. The weather here has been mostly in the 40s and 50s... I hope it either warms up or gets cold enough to get snow. Winter is no fun/useless without snow....if it isn’t gonna snow, it might as well just warm up....

My pleasure...we're no longer near a beach either but the memories are grand in spite of all the work that the nautical life sometime entailed.
