That's a flag? I thought it was a new Shoot-N-See target variation made overseas. Same thing, I guess, though...

Yes indeed, and written on it, right to left (it's arabic) is "bism" (name of) "Ilah" (Allah) followed by crossed swords, the symbol for jihad. If you read it left to right, it looks astoundingly like the Greek for Chi Xi Stigma,(yes "stigma" not sigma, old Greek for "6"). And that translates to, yup, "six hundred-sixy-six."

Weird, huh?

And often it's worn as a headband, covering the forehead. Think about that a moment. Weird again, no?
