I hope you are right about this, but I have a long standing suspicion of our court system due to a long string of bad/ridiculous decisions that i've seen from the courts and a confidence that if there is a way to do it wrong, they'll find it and order it. :)
Entering the HI LFBC into evidence would require an actual physical specimen to be produced in the GA courtroom, IIRC.
And someone will have to attest to it being an actual "copy" as opposed to an Abstract. I bet you won't find any takers for that one.
From what I have seen Obama and his personal and colluding DOJ lawyers and the HI DOH have placed layer after layer of protection between Obama and the pdf image displayed by the WH beginning with Robert Bauer explicitly stating at the April 27 press conference that Obama would not be personally holding one of the two alleged genuine certified copies of the LFBC that day, but only a photocopy of it.
As I mentioned on another thread, I don't think even his lawyers knew that that file would have layers. Had they known of it, they would have absolutely moved to stop him/his staff from displaying the file.

Everything about Obama is tainted of evil and criminality. The one thing I am certain of regarding him is that whether his father be Barack sr. or someone else, he is still an illegitimate bastard. (His father and mother were not legally married.)
Fortunately for the record, they were legally divorced. And in that proceeding, where she was represented by HI counsel, she stipulated that she and BSr were married and that BJr was an issue of that marriage. Even assuming the Father slot on any bona fide BC is blank, there probably is not any other credible official record to the contrary.
