THAT was an outstanding answer.
He didn’t even hesitate.
I see what Texans like about Perry. :D
JH was apologizing to China in their language.
Lets PLEASE not watch FAUX tonight. Let a few report to us here, anybody game?

Diane ends on an irrational note of lovefest kumbaya horsepoop.
If I were a candidate, I would stop attending these ridiculous debates. Total waste of time.
Exactly so. The game is Monday night. Perry gave the best answer.
What was with that lame ABC “volunteer” commercial?
Yes, and Santorum stated that during an earlier debate. He said that he learned so much from Gingrich. I do wish Newt would have gone after Romney more tonight but his time was so limited.
ANALysis coming up.

I think you’re right.
I see this even on Free Republic.
For some reason people are afraid of Rick Perry.
He’s attractive, likeable, ultra conservative, has leadership experience as an excellent governor but a small cadre of people on Free Republic are absolutely terrified of him and I think the media feels that way too.
Fox News can go for days and never mention his name.
Well, it will be the country’s loss if we turn our backs on Perry and I can only hope that Santorum is a better man and a stronger conservative and less wimpy than he seems and that he gives up the Mr. Rogers look and wears suits proper for the occasions.
And I hope that Newt is able to focus and concentrate and use his much touted brain to zone in on the real problems facing this country and not worry about lighting the streets from Mars.
These candidates know sports like I know knitting.
Perry did indeed give good answers in this debate...
Well...Governor Perry didn’t get much mike time but I’m grateful he exudes dignity, confidence, and the demeanor of a leader. Just reading the comments about Mr Gingrich and Congressman Paul, I feel like I’ve been reading the comic book version of Batman. ZAP! POW! GET ‘EM! What’s important anyway? People said Governor Perry lost support BECAUSE of the earlier debates. It should be obvious to everyone these debates prove nothing. They are a joke. They are a sick attempt at pitting our candidates against each other. We are the ones sending them to the lions with the thumbs down sport. I’m disgusted at the obvious fun of it. President Obama probably sleeps very well these nights. Thank you, Governor Perry.
Our own military men have repeatedly stated that leaving Iraq is a huge mistake. Perry is right. With Iran flexing its military muscles NOT having a strong force in Iraq endangers that nation and every other one nearby.
If newt did get 5 million bucks for a superpack it will go a long way.
I agree. I am for Newt. Just saying Romney is always able to hold his own up there. Never gets rattled.
They keep showing Fred thompson’s insurance commercials. To remind me of the other losers I’ve supported through the years.
