You are correct. I had to go back and do some calculating. It was from the fall of ‘67 to the spring of ‘71. Total of 8 semesters. So it was 121 credits over 8 semesters. It was still hell, carrying a full time job.
I worked my way thru a community college too, 12 hours/semesters hitch hiking to from school at night. Yes it was a b*tch. But I am glad I did it, never graduated. I just took all the math, physics and computer science classes the school offered without ever taking a English course. Once I ran out of classes to take I stopped going, but I did manage to get a better job with my new improved skill set so it all worked out for the best.
