Officials with the revamped ACORN office in New York -- operating as New York Communities for Change -- have fired staff, shredded reams of documents and told workers to blame disgruntled ex-employees for leaking information in an effort to explain away a FoxNews.com report last week on the groups involvement in Occupy Wall Street protests, according to sources.
NYCC also is installing surveillance cameras and recording devices at its Brooklyn offices, removing or packing away supplies bearing the name ACORN and handing out photos of Fox News staff with a stern warning not to talk to the media, the sources said. Related Video

And here I was thinking that ACORN had gone away, having gone bust after Pimpgate. It’s back and it’s an organ of OWS? Well surprise, surprise as Gomer Pyle would have put it.

In my day, it would have 11.1% of the planets. Harumph... But Pluto isn't a planet anymore.
But I did LOL. Best I ever heard it said was "The solar system consists of the sun, Jupiter, and assorted leftover stuff."

LOL!
Technically correct since Pluto was quietly deplanetized by the astronomers a couple or so years ago. Now only eight planets.

The sun has 99% of the mass of the solar system. Shouldn’t the 99% park their butts there?

Does this mean that FAT people should bear the brunt of contention that Occupy (place desired title here) has brought to the forefront of political agenda?
I see many "occupy" dawgs of war having much more mass than most concerned people for equality have. ; )

No, I just knew 'em. Each and every one. Lived and breathed that stuff, back in the day. I don't remember NOT knowing the names and orders of the planets. The early space age was a great time.
Too bad we've wimped out.
