In short: O’Donnell was trying to convince her that everyone hates Mitt Romney, but McCain explained that she really doesn’t like the “moron” Rick Santorum. She followed that up by saying what she would have done had Sen. McCain, who just endorsed Romney, endorsed Santorum.
