I disagree.

It’s too early to put all our faith in santorum. I say wait about 3 more primaries before we start wanting perry to drop out.

I concur.

I say wait about 3 more primaries before we start wanting perry to drop out.

Why? He's been polling in the single digits for nearly six months. He spent more money per vote than any other candidate in the Iowa Caucus, yet all he could manage was fifth place. What possible rationale does he have for remaining in the race at this point? I can't see any.

On top of that, I read last night that he's polling at about 5% in South Carolina right now.

If he appears on the S.C. primary ballot, he's going to suck away some portion of the conservative vote, and help to propel Romney forward. How is that possibly serving the greater good of the conservative cause, and America?
