Last night, I wondered if four of the “Not Romneys” would “have the self-control to stop hitting the other Not Romneys and focus on Romney?” For much of this morning, it appeared there would be two fewer of them, with indications that Perry and Bachmann would depart the race.
But now, perhaps not; Perry’s personal Twitter account just chirped, “And the next leg of the marathon is the Palmetto State…Here we come South Carolina!!!” It featured this photo:

Yep! I never witnessed somebody so self absorbed. He DEFINITELY is not for America but for his spoiled self. He is going to go down as a sad person. He already is seen as a joke and now he wants to go as the guy who would not leave a party when it is time.

Also, with Bachmann out, do you suppose she informed Perry of her decision, and someone thought with her 6% in Iowa and his 10%, we could hope for some help with the Perry numbers. Bachman’s endorsement is not valuable, that’s for sure.
I hear (CNN) that Perry is at 5% already in South Carolina, going in, but that is low? COME ON, CASH.

Stick it out, Perry, at least through Super Tuesday. Perry will have more appeal in the South and can try to “slow burn” his cash until then.
If he hasn’t bounced up more by Super Tuesday’s results, though, it will be time to pack it in.

I believe attacking Romney is a waste of time and money. I don’ think Romney’s numbers can be moved. Romney represents a percentage of the party that HATES the rest of us. They are the Rocky/New England/Elitist wing of the party who would rather see for more years of Obie than a conservative Republican president. In the short term they all may be better served by going after the little nut job.
Why do the Perry haters come and pi$$ on EVERY single Perry thread and his Supporters ?
Such a shame they cant promote their own cadidate but instead,have to Pi$$ on the others and waste precious FR bandwidth

This is from my recall of something I heard last night, but the SC debate would be open to anyone who finished fourth or better in IA or NH OR who is polling seven percent or higher nationally (not sure which poll or polls).
Maybe someone could verify that.
