Maybe it's the stress of trying to deny to himself the fact that he has no idea how to do his job, plus knowing he's losing his base's support.

IMO, Obama’s stress-induced aging has appeared because he is a narcissistic child who didn’t get everything his way and now he may lose his big pretty gig after only 4 years.
