Actually Washington Times website has delegates 13 Romney, 12 Santorum... None for anyone else. I wonder what the rules are with different sites saying different things

Your election system must be the most complicated designed by man! :-)

This from NYT:

2012 (Iowa) Caucus Process

Delegate Allocation: None of Iowa’s 28 delegates will be bound to any candidate as a result of the Jan. 3 precinct caucuses. As in 2008, the state’s delegates will be elected at district caucuses and at the state convention, which is scheduled for later in the year. The January caucuses will elect delegates to the county conventions currently scheduled for March.

Thus the numbers you have seen are media prognostications. Nothing is certain....

Iowa did something smart and as a result Wrong Paul has earned zero delegates. Iowa required you to win one of her four congressional districts to qualify for any delegates. Romney and Santorum split the four. May the rest of the country be as clever and spare us his kooks inside our convention.

Meanwhile, pocket Willard. He sunk the the eight ball on his first shot.
