Get back to me when you calm down. Texas ranks very low (41 I think) in remittances from D.C. As a Texan I would hope our representatives get as much $$$$ for Texas as say do New Yorkers for New York. Taking care of the
legitimate needs of the people that elected them is you know one of the primary duties of a congressman, senator.
The problem with appropriations is not earmarking per say, it is with appropriating money the federal government does not have.
