FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A trusted family friend who confessed to police that he bludgeoned to death a 9-year-old Indiana girl in his care then dismembered her just days before Christmas was formally charged Friday in the killing.
Michael Plumadore, 39, was charged in Fort Wayne with murder, abuse of a corpse and removing a dead body from the scene in the Dec. 22 death of Aliahna Maroney-Lemmon.
Allen County prosecutor's office chief investigator Danielle Edenfield said the charges will be read to Plumadore in jail, where he was being held without bond. An initial court hearing on the formal charges is scheduled for Wednesday.

Somehow our legal system seems totally inadequate when you think of that poor little girl and what her family is going through because of this monster.
This “mother” if I could even call her that, allowed this child into the homes of at least two men(While living in Iowa) who both molested this child..what torment this poor child went through, no wonder she suffered from night terrors, her whole life was nothing but terror. RIP sweet angel

Do we speed things up or draw them out.
I hate to see what’s waiting him on the other side.
If they don’t execute him, I hope they give him a long enough sentence (71 years max, I think), so that the only way he’ll leave prison is in a body bag.

Anybody that could do this you can pretty well guess it wasn't his first time. Police need to look for similar unsolved murders of this type.
Defense likely laying low right now, would not be surprised to see an insanity plea for what looks like a small time crook (worst prior, assault without battery) who surprised everybody. But throw away the key. Even if pills fix his head, nobody knows when he’d go off of them again and clock someone else with a brick and chop them up like Charles Manson.
Kill him now. I don’t give a damn how, just get it done and soon. It insults me that he is breathing the same air on earth that I do.
I think of that horrible woman who gave up her little children to Micheal Jackson....or women who knowingly bear children for homosexual men....insanity,and to me, very evil....
children's welfare comes before anything else...
Give him a life sentence so his cell mate named Bubba can ask him if he wants to be the Mommy or the Daddy.
