ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputies have charged Juan Galindo, 37, for the rape and death of his girlfriend's 1-month-old infant daughter.
Deputies say around 4:00 this morning, family members called 911 from a home in the 1900 block of Lake Southwest.
When deputies arrived, they found the baby girl already dead. Medical investigators were also called to the scene.

How can any punishment possibly fit this crime?
Bind the animal hand and foot. Tightly secure a length of 30# test fishing line to his cajones. Drop from 12 feet.
Then put him into the general population. Problem solved.

Child rapists and murderers tend not to fare well.
Raping a 1-month-old to death, particularly if it turns out to be your own child, will be considered a heinous crime by most inmates just as it is by the general public.
I heard of a guy who was in prison for raping (though not killing) his own teenaged daughter. He made the mistake of bragging about his crime to his new cell mate.
I was told that his body was unrecognizable when they finally pulled it out. (A relative of mine is a retired corrections officer in another state).
It turns out that the cell mate, who was in for a nonviolent crime, had a couple of teenaged daughters at home....
That would be to gentle.
This article made me sick. This man should be executed immediately.

Sound advice. I am a single father and have ditched the dating game by focusing on being a Dad first! You are so right, my friend. This has really helped me become a great Dad well respected by her friend’s parents.
How about SINGLE DADS who are widowed or who decided to raise the child? Single dads are sterotyped as being lazy, but some love thier children and want their children.
I think a previous article listed him as an illegal.
The NM prison system is one of the most violent around. My guess is he would be in some type of protected status.
I’ve got a strong stomach, but almost couldn’t handle this one. We need to return to frontier justice.

Some years ago a man in Massachusetts who had raped a young mother, then strangled her and her young daughters was before the judge for sentencing. The judge told him that he wished he could impose the same fate on him as his victims, death by ligature, but the law only allowed him to impose the sentence of life without parole.
Hanging is too good for some people.
This skidmark should be castrated with an ax sledge hammer and a stump, and put into general pop.

The Hollywood Democrats will hold fundraisers and candlelight vigils for this fellow if he ever faces the death penalty.

I say a child rapist who gets massacred in jail finally got what he deserved.
Take him out to the West Mesa, gutshot him (to make it slow and painful), let the coyotes do the rest.
