ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputies have charged Juan Galindo, 37, for the rape and death of his girlfriend's 1-month-old infant daughter.
Deputies say around 4:00 this morning, family members called 911 from a home in the 1900 block of Lake Southwest.
When deputies arrived, they found the baby girl already dead. Medical investigators were also called to the scene.

It’s inhuman - I’m wondering how many other victims this pedophile may have out in the world. If he’d rape a 4 week old he’d rape other young girls.

I live in Albuquerque and have since 9/2002. I am sick and tired of reading stories about all the things illegals are doing in this city and country.
Almost every day on the radio during rush hour you hear about hit and runs that happen - wonder who that would be? Maybe illegals that don’t have car insurance?
A friend of ours had his brand new truck stolen out of his driveway - it wouldn’t fit in his garage - and with the OnStar system was quickly located. It was in the possession of an illegal immigrant and was being painted, 3 hours after being stolen!
Isn’t that funny. I left Albuquerque in February, 2002. I couldn’t keep living in that region anymore. I was tired of the cultural cesspool that was central NM. Tired of having my home broken into. Tired of being scared to drive down the street, never walking. Looks like you have been enjoying the further decline, after 8 years of Richardson and cronies, and Marty Chavez.
My husband came here in April ‘02 to take a job at Kirtland as he’d retired from the AF in Montana and had trouble finding a decent paying job. I joined him when our house was finished being built and after I helped get the hotel I managed through the busy summer season. Now I’m out of town typically 5 days a week, sometimes up to 2 weeks so I miss the worst of it.
We also have the Armed Response Team monitoring out alarm which helps as we’ve had 1 false alarm and they were out here within 5 minutes, gun drawn. That helps make me feel more secure.
But yes, things were badly damaged in NM by Richardson and his cronies that still hold power. Chavez didn’t help either. Hopefully Susana Martinez can get more Rs in the legislature for next year and can get more cooperation. She’s trying to do a good job and is mostly succeeding.
This kind of story is the most repulsive thing imaginable.
I was telling Lenny that I knew a lady who was a cop for a very short time.
She got called on a run that was quite similar. She knew then that she was not going to be able to handle something like this and go on. She soon quit and sold insurance.
A sad tale that should tell us what we are dealing with out there. It ain’t pretty.
She also could have overcome and grown up to cure cancer. Such a tragedy and waste, there are no words.

So I was looking for anything in the article that said he was illegal, and there was no mention of it.
I kept refreshing looking for some proof of that statement, and no you did not post any proof on that thread.
I'm pretty sure I saw all the comments, because I was constantly refreshing and think I saw all the comments before it said it was pulled.
I'm glad it is verified that he was illegal, because it shows what happens when our government doesn't secure the border.
It was probably pulled because of the claim that was not substantiated, and also because it is such a sick crime.
It looks like the decided to leave it up this time.
I certainly hope the Obama/Holder/Dem/Liberal/Leftist PC BS doesn't kick in and this guy gets a soft sentence because he is a poor oppressed (illegal criminal invading insurgent alien colonist) "immigrant."
I know that a lot of people on here poke a bit of fun at Johnson, but he was a great Governor. Stopped a lot of the cronyism, misappropriation of funds. Roads got built, other improvements.
My stepson (though I hate that word) doesn’t see his dad, but sometimes I take him out alone (without his stepbrother) to make him feel important.
IIRC, this is the second story of this type on FR in the past 2-3 months. Sickening each time!
